"I've been sober a year, what now?"     "Can I stay quit?"

"What are sober relationships and dating supposed to be like?"

"How do I get along with my family now that I'm not using?"

Recovery, (whether from substance abuse, compulsive sexual behaviors, other issues, or from a relationship with an addict in your life), is an organic process that takes time and reflection.

While Twelve Step programs often form the core of a person's healing, a therapist who "speaks recovery" can be a useful support to sobriety as one reconsiders relationships, communication patterns and boundaries with one's family and one's self.

Christopher has worked on substance issues for over a decade, using cognitive behavioral techniques to help people escape the cycle of addiction and has worked closely with dozens of clients moving through recovery to help strengthen their sobriety and commitment to their own spiritual growth.
